Summary: The candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, client-oriented sales environment. Handling of clients in the multiple territories with a high level of professionalism and courtesy is required while being able to provide knowledge in the construction industry to customers. This role requires strong business acumen along with a capacity to assist corporate promotion with contractors, dealers/re-sellers and end users in the generation of profitable sales.

Qualifications:

• Construction and or paver industry knowledge a plus
• 3 - 5 years in sales role· Strong oral and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset that is results driven
• Responsible and reliable
• MUST be able to work flexible schedules
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• College degree in business, project management, interior design and or architecture

3 positions open: (1)California- night shift, (2)California- day shifts, (3)Arizona- night shift

Summary: Assists in manufacturing and production activities by performing the following duties.

‍Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Loads and unloads materials, parts, or products onto or from pallets, skids, conveyors, or trucks via fork lift. · Maintains the various machines pertaining to the area operations.  · Quality checks product for flaws. Utilizing visual inspection, Go No-go and depth gages, Scales.  · Labels final product to prepare fordistribution. · Cleans around work areas. · Helps out other departments as needed

Ensure that building systems perform at optimum functionality and upkeep of facility and property. Maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition. Detail oriented with strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

‍Qualification: High school diploma or with a certification in HVAC or building maintenance technology or equivalent experience.
